Rachel Bemis -- Another Long Morning!

            Beep, beep, beep, SMACK! My alarm clock woke me up again, so I gave a big smack and then…the annoying noise was gone! It was a long night with the terrible, rainy, weather. My cat, Cassie, was also sleeping on my face. All night, I slept with a giant fur ball in my face. I thought it was bad enough that I had to listen to the rain all night, but I also had to deal with my giant cat on my face. Every time she moved just an inch, my face was covered with fur. Cassie sheds way too much!

Twenty minutes had passed, so I decided to wake up. When I opened my eyes,
Cassie jumped of my bed. She tried to climb up on my windowsill, and missed, so she fell on the chair below it. Then, I saw her butt went up in the air as if she was ready to leap, and she was, so she leaped on my bed. I reached over to pat her and then she ran away.

Then I actually got out of my bed and got out of my pajamas, and put on my school clothes. I didn’t know what to wear because I didn’t know if it was going to be hot or cold, wet or dry, so I just put on shorts and a shirt.

I went into my kitchen and saw my mom making my lunch, so I made us breakfast. We had bagels. My mom had cinnamon raisin and I had plain. We ate, then I saw the bus pull up to my front door, so I got on, and off to school!
