Mariana Silva -- When I was really happy, I was in Brazil!

When I was really happy I was in Brazil. I went to Brazil last summer. I got to meet so much people and see so many of my family members. I always love to go to Brazil because we got to go to parties every night and it wouldn’t even matter what time we got home. It was called the Fasta de Sao Prodeo. But the only bad part was we had to be with my mom the whole time, because there were so many fights where we go. So we went to the park so we didn’t have to stay with my mom.
I don’t really know the name of the games but it looked pretty weird because Brazil wasn’t the richest place ever so we had to made game crop, like cola leathers and used sticks like branches on trees. It sounded pretty aggressive too. The other game we played was when we were racing, and of course I won, no just kidding. I lost like two times, but don’t you worry I at least won once.
When we weren’t playing games, I was teaching them how to speak English. They aren’t the best, but they were perfect at saying “I see dead people.” My older sister Amanda would come in while I was teaching them that, and she would say, “Guys stop it. I don’t like that.” (but in Portuguese) and get scared every time. We would just start laughing.
When the one-week party ended, we would walk around the whole town because it’s not that big, it’s literally a huge circle. So one day we were walking at night and there there’s a bar full of guys that might of drank too much so they were right behind creeping on us. So we started to run because we could see our cousins. The guys behind us just went back inside. We promised we would never go walking past that bar at night.
